We want you to feel confident in your Kissimmee Sunshine purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

Returns & Exchanges

    Non-defective items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

    To start a return:

    • Email support@kissimmeesunshine.com with your name, order number, and reason for return (photos if applicable).
    • Please wait for return approval and instructions before shipping anything back.
    • Once approved, package your item securely and ship it using the instructions provided.

    Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

    Please do not send returns to the original shipping address.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Because our products are made to order, the following are not eligible for return:

    • Personalized or custom items
    • Items returned after 15 days from delivery
    • Items that show signs of wear or use

    Missing or “Delivered” Orders

    If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

    1. Verify your shipping address.
    2. Check around your property and with neighbors.
    3. Contact your local carrier (USPS or UPS) to request a Delivery Inquiry or Claim ID.

    Only the recipient can initiate this claim directly with the carrier.

    Once you receive your Claim ID, email support@kissimmeesunshine.com with your name, order number, and Claim ID.

    If the carrier confirms a delivery issue, we will send a replacement. If the carrier confirms successful delivery, we must rely on their official tracking results.

    Refunds

    Refunds are issued according to the return eligibility criteria above.

    Once your approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

    Returned to Sender Orders

    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

    • We can reship the order after a reshipping fee is paid.
    • If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

    If the address provided at checkout was correct and the package is returned due to carrier error, we will reship it at no additional charge.

    If a returned package is lost or destroyed in transit and not received back, a 50% store credit may be offered at our discretion.

    Order Cancellations

    All products are made to order. Production begins shortly after purchase.

    Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins and are not guaranteed.

    Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

    To request a cancellation, email support@kissimmeesunshine.com immediately with your order number.
