Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by item, production partner, destination, and shipping speed. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Multiple items in the same order may ship separately depending on product type and production location. This means you may receive items in separate packages or on different days. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Processing Time

Most items are made to order. Production typically begins within 24 to 72 hours after your purchase is received.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and transit time.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@kissimmeesunshine.com so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

If a carrier confirms a delivery issue, replacement or refund options may be available depending on the situation.

Kissimmee Sunshine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, weather disruptions, or missed delivery attempts.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will cover return shipping if required and send a replacement.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

A 30 percent restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, minus the restocking fee.

Returns requested after 15 days may be declined.
